Its basic ingredient is genuine mastic oil from the Mastic Villages of Chios. A strict, non-syrupy drink, with characteristic flavor and taste, where the combination of mastic and citrus fruits is not predominant. Served neat or chilled, but without ice, as this would change its taste.
